Join our team as a Customer Service Representative as the front line of our operations, forging meaningful connections with our valued customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers’ unique situation.

In this role, you will;

  • Manage inbound & outbound customer call
  • Assisting customers to formulate sustainable payment solutions  
  • Adhering to a schedule for maximum productivity
  • Detailed and accurate file action notes for all interactions
  • Comply with client & company policies & procedures

What you'll bring;

  • Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous customer service experience - desired
  • Australian Citizenship, due to clearance requirements

What happens next;

We recruit for 3 locations - Dandenong, Box Hill and Docklands. To start, we host group Assessment Centres at our head office in the Melbourne CBD. It's an opportunity for you to meet leaders from some of our teams, engage with them face-to-face, and learn more about recoveriescorp and what we do.
