Working as a Recoveries Officer in our Insurance team, you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers unique situation.

This is a hybrid role - 4 weeks of compulsory on-site training followed by 2 days per week in office and 3 days WFH. Our office is located in Melbourne CBD.

In this role, you will;

  • Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
  • Investigate, identify and establish customers financial situation
  • Liase with relevant parties
  • Provide tailored payment solutions
  • Action interaction file notes for every call

You will need;

  • Previous Collections experience is essential
  • A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding KPI's in a contact centre environment
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Enthusiasm for learning new things
  • A high level of autonomy and initiative
